PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FOR THE STORY!

I made it through to the next round of theHowlingWolf's 'Imagination of the Soul' contest and this round's challenge was to create a new character and introduce him/her to a movie/tv show. The assignment required the use of a different actor to assume a new name in the world of the main fandom (if that makes sense). So I chose to introduce Robert Pattinson into the world of 'Smallville' as a character named Gabriel.

So this is of course an AU (Alternate Universe) video and the story is:

The Red and Blue Blur is a hero among Metropolis and is a household name. Lois Lane has decided to make it her mission in life to find this Red and Blue super-dude for she has quickly fallen for him. Lex Luthor, being the villain that he is, holds resentment and jealousy of this new hero. So of course, he must have him eliminated. Lex calls upon a gifted killer, Gabriel, who has similar abilities in speed and strength as the Red and Blue Blur, to do his bidding. Lois is attacked one evening and is saved by the Red and Blue Blur. However, she sees Gabriel leaving the scene and believes him to be her hero. Gabriel keeps an eye on Lois and pretends to be the Red and Blue Blur. Allowing her to see him, Gabriel grows attached to Lois. Clark, the real Red and Blue Blur, notices how smitten Lois has become with this imposter. Clark calls out Gabriel and tells him that he is on the wrong side and that Lex is the real villain. When Gabriel fails to see reason, Clark decides it is time to tell Lois the truth. But when Clark tells Lois he is the Red and Blue Blur, Lois merely laughs him off. Meanwhile, Lex is uncomfortable with Gabriel's attachment to Lois so he decides to take matters into his own hands. He has Lois kidnapped and tortured hoping to bring the Red and Blue Blur out of hiding. When he doesn't appear, Lex leaves Lois to die. Clark does find Lois in time and proves to be her savior, convincing her he was telling the truth. Clark then approaches Oliver Queen, a.k.a. the Green Arrow, to help take down Lex and save Gabriel. Oliver confronts Lex in one of his factories where he is suddenly attacked by Gabriel. Finding them in time, Lois and Clark come to stop Gabriel from killing Oliver. Lois tells Gabriel he is not a murderer. Gabriel lets go and they exit the factory just as it explodes with Lex presumably still inside. Oliver then offers Gabriel a spot in the Justice League to which Gabriel accepts. And all things end well with Gabriel on the right side of crime and Lois has found her superman :)

I'm proud of how this turned out (much better than I thought it would) and I'm also happy to say this is my first Smallville video using only DVDrips!

I must thank luvtheheaven and alma45 for helping review parts of this video as I made it. Special thanks to alma45, the queen of all things Lois, for helping me find the 'Prototype' scene and for the coloring tips. I tried to balance out all the colors...hope i did a good enough job :)
