50 miles outside of Socorro, New Mexico sit 27 massive radio telescopes in a Y-formation. These telescopes make up the Very Large Array, one of the biggest telescope arrays in the world. The VLA has helped astronomers make incredible discoveries about our galaxy, so the Active Galactic team took a trip out to see this incredible instrument in person.
