2011 was without a doubt, the hardest year of both of our lives. But, if I were given the chance to go back and change something, I wouldn't.

This year has taught me that good things happen to those who deserve it. Though it might not be in the way you expect it, life has a way of working itself out and giving us what we need, not what we want. It pushes us to our ends, so that when the opportunity for something great finally comes, we appreciate it. This year has also taught me that no matter what happens, put on a smile and look at it in a positive way, because its not the end yet. It's never the end. Never ever take no for an answer, because if there's a will, then there's a way. There's always going to be people rooting for you to fail, but you find those who would do anything to see you succeed. Be thankful for them. When life gives you difficulties, put a smile on your face and make people wonder how the hell you're still going. It will make you a better person in the end. Don't ever worry about the future, because I can promise you that it will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, then it's not the end. This year, I accomplished everything I wanted to and more. I proved people wrong. I proved myself wrong, and Cristina, you did the same. Thank you for always being here for me, I couldnt have done it without you.

So here's to 2012, Cristina and I's last junior year, our last year in high school, it seems like everything is coming to a close. But, you know what? It's not the end. It's only just the beginning.
