Twenty new Government rental homes are being added to the housing stock through an extension constructed above the existing Knights Court building.

The Housing Minister recognised the opportunity to create additional homes during the estate’s refurbishment works, allowing the existing site to be maximised while delivering much-needed new accommodation.

The development will provide three three-bedroom apartments and seventeen two-bedroom apartments, increasing the availability of Government rental housing.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of September.
