2. Do 43131 tweak in the loadlines
3. Go a straight up from above the white haired guy next to the Dance Theater
4. Go 8 steps north from the edge of the Abyss
5. Refresh graphics and press down

There are so much walls that you can't get away from near the building, so this is pointless, but well, it's still a Void entrance :P
