TV-DX: During a recent ES propagation there was an UNID analogue tv-station on channel R1 (49,750 MHZ) observed here in Finland from direction approx. 130 deg. Audio came ok, but the picture carrier on 56,250 MHz just was unregonizeble. Could this be Kazakstan? All the ATV channesare to be shut down soon
