TV Licence Goon Was To Scared To Knock ??
All I got was a letter saying he called round but no one was in Card lol I was in and he didnt even knock lol
These are 2 shots taken from my security Cams, it was getting dark and raining so sorry about the quality .
I have had alot of letters since the last time I filmed the other goon on my doorstep but when they finally come round they didnt even know !!
