From 2 sheets of 8 1/2" x 11" papers

Cut the first sheet to 8" x 10" ( Box BASE)
Cut the second sheet to 8 1/8" x 10 1/8" (Box LID)

For your Box BASE:
Score LONGSIDE at 2" then at 8
SHORTSIDE at 2" then at 6"

For your Box LID:
Score LONGSIDE at 2" then at 8 1/8"
SHORTSIDE at 2" then at 6 1/8"
