This video explains a setup that I have found to clip in the slingshot minigame at night. I believe it should be possible to find a setup that is less precise than a 1 frame joystick input. Please let me know if you've found one.
I believe this will mostly be useful in randomizer that allows it, such as DDR ruleset which I recommand for players willing to begin with using glitches.
