This is a rather long, but yet thorough, tutorial that shows you how to properly set up your own Custom Bubbles on your Playstation Vita.

Your PS Vita has to run firmware 3.52 or any older PS Vita firmware for this trick to work.
A PS Vita that currently runs firmware 3.55 CANNOT follow this tutorial!

You will also need a Computer & an email address. - Oh, and a random PSP game (purchased/downloaded from the PSN Store)).
