When you watch a tutorial, your brain is in consumption mode.
Someone else makes every decision — choosing variable names, handling errors, debugging when things break — and you just watch the finished version of a fully thought-out process. It feels like learning because you follow every line, but you never build the muscle of figuring things out yourself.
For AI it's even worse. People grind through all of Python first — OOP, decorators, design patterns, data structures — and two weeks later still haven't touched the AI project they actually wanted to build. That's tutorial hell.
