mp4 plugin: http://gral.y0.pl/~fcchandler/Plugins/QuickTime/
if it doesn't work (or you're getting the AVC1 CODEC MISSING error), try installing this: http://www.free-codecs.com/ffdshow_download.htm
if it still doesn't work, try installing quicktime.
i also recommend installing the k-lite codecs:
ninite.com/klitecodecs (direct download)
