This is how i covered my binding for my "Prima and Websters Mini Paper Bag Album Too" . I used Grunge paper as it is very flexible and you can cover with whatever cloth and lace that you like, the double sided tape i use SCOR TAPE, fantastic for adhering paper and any light weight cloth/lace as well.
