Here's the tutorial for the door. And no, it will not be a "Place a dust there, and then a torch there, afterwards a piston there", because that is very obvious if you just watch the video. Therefore, I added some music (I made, link below) and commented and texted out the important but perhaps not too obvious things (like slabs).
