This session will explore opportunities to improve the sustainability of pork production by looking at alternative methods, including: pastured pork systems that lead to improved animal welfare, reduced production costs, minimized environmental impacts, farm product diversity and increased profitability; re-vegitating pastures with annuals as forage and finishing hogs on acorns; turning your pork passion into a paycheck with strong business management.
