Welcome! In today's project I'm creating a simple, neutral file folder folio using a standard file folder and offcuts of scrapbook papers.

This isn't a finished folio just yet—it's the foundation of a larger project that I'll be building on. Today I'm focusing on creating the base structure, covering the folder and bringing together those leftover paper scraps into something useful and beautiful.
