The latest Sony cameras including the Sony A7CR and Sony A7CII can be set to close the shutter every time you turn the camera off. This means that the sensor is protected from dust whenever you change the lens.
This is not activated by default so when you buy the camera it will not work. You need to go in the menus to set it up, how to do that is explained and shown in this video.
Sony have taken their time adding this to their cameras, Canon have been doing it since the original Canon EOS R camera many years ago.
The shutter is very delicate so this does put more risk that the shutter gets damaged but so long as you are not touching it, this is a great way to reduce significantly the amount of dust that can get on your sensor. Sensor dust for photography is removable, it just takes some patience to do it manually in post production. If you are making video however it is much more difficult and annoying to have to deal with, I am very glad that Sony have added this feature to these latest Sony cameras.
