The 'Terror-Free Türkiye' bill passed in parliament on Monday has confirmed that if the PKK terror group verifiably ends its existence and lay down all its weapons, ongoing investigations and prosecutions, and the enforcement of handed-down sentences, will be suspended. The National Security Council will oversee to verify disarmament and dissolution.
