Went fishing for BIG wahoo and Yellow fin and Black fin tuna at the Out Banks out of Hatteras NC. Me two of my boys had a black reeling in TONS of fish as part of this offshore charter. We had a professional demonstrate how to clean then and then I take the fish back home and show three awesome recipes for tuna and wahoo.
