The Venture-N bar, located in midtown Tucson, is set to open on Tuesday afternoon following a shooting that claimed the lives of 42-year-old Vincent Anthony Siqueiros and 33-year-old Cameron Davis Capara. The Tucson Police Department confirmed the was a targeted hate crime against the LGBTQIA+ community, and the shooter, identified as 44-year-old Ousman Ceesay, acted alone before taking his own life.
