🎿 Sketchy? Absolutely. Tempting? Even more so.
We knew the snow coverage was questionable, but the chance to squeeze in one more run was too hard to pass up. Did we conduct some very scientific avalanche due diligence? Of course — everyone knows that if it’s 5° or more, you’re officially in slide territory. 😅
Turns out, the real challenge wasn’t danger… it was duration. What started as a ski run quickly turned into the longest hike-a-ski of all time — skis on, skis off, snow in the shade, grass in the sun. Pure trench warfare. 🥵
Some of us chose survival mode. Others? Chose chaos.
