This is my submission for the Tubers High Score Challenge Season 12 opener of Fixeight (Arcade) by Toaplan (1992) played using the MAME core on my Pi5 running Batocera.
Not my favourite style of gameplay. Nothing really wrong with it, it just doesn't give me that "one more go" feeling I need to do well in these challenges. Time is also a factor, even though I've had a long weekend off it's been pretty packed (I'm not going to be bored when I retire for sure!)
Anyroadup, this is a Joker Avoidance Submission. I played once for each character and kept the best. It was all done in a single recording (apart from the awful overdub near the end when I got the character wrong) with the unwanted bits cut out.
