It's a throwback to 'proper' trains of a locomotive hauling coaches with comfortable seats, which I love so it was time to take a ride.
Accessibility Note (from the Intercity website) "Unfortunately, our heritage carriages don’t allow for wheelchair boarding. Please contact us to discuss specific mobility needs in relation to wheelchair use, and we’ll be able to advise on any route-specific accessibility issues". It doesn't look like you can take bikes on the train either.Britains Most Westerly Bus Stop (via a Beach Airport)Geoff Marshall2022-09-05 | "Do you want to go to the most western bus stop in Britain?" asked my friend Roger, who had already ticked off the other three compass points, and just needed this one to complete the set. Note - There is also a bus stop in Belleek, Northern Ireland - which is the most westerly bus stop in the UK. I have already asked Roger if he'd like to do that one next!
