I went and tried Dunkin’s new kiwi watermelon lemonade refresher and then popped up to the dollar tree and Aldi before going home to make a super quick and easy healthy weeknight dinner for my husband!
I tried the new Goodles Penne with Yo Mama’s Marinara for a low sodium dinner idea! I added broccoli too because why not! It all ended up being good! The Mariana was sweeter than I expected but apparently they have other flavors of red sauce like roasted garlic! I’m so hype to try that one next! The Goodles tasted really good too!
I also talked about a few ways that I cope with anxiety when out and about running errands and how to be safe but also just sharing my anxiety journey in hopes that it can give someone else some hope! I’m deeply inspired by Elyse Myers sharing her mental health journey and that has encouraged me to find my strength in my mental health journey!
It’s uncomfortable but we do it anyways. We cry but we do it anyways. Because we can do hard things.
