Not my typical travel story, but I really had to try these grapes and document it.

Why is it so expensive? Because these Japanese farmers would remove imperfect seeds/buds and only allow the best ones to remain, allowing all of the nutrients to go into these. It's also interesting to know that the Japanese have a culture of using premium fruits as gifts, which I think I'd rather receive than something that I potentially may not use.
