Remember the new A500 14MHz accelerator I showed a few weeks back? Well I thought it would be fun to try a simple upgrade by swapping out the 68000 PLCC CPU for a 68010 PLCC CPU. This chip was ordered on eBay from a seller based in China and it looks as if it might be refinished. We have two questions that need answering. Firstly is it a fake chip? If not is upgrading to a 68010 pointless?
