As things look like they are heating up once again with Iran, my conversation with Sebastian Gorka at the ARC Conference in London two weeks ago is more relevant than ever.
I asked President Trump’s White House counterterrorism adviser for his message to Israelis and Iranians who are deeply concerned about the memorandum of understanding that President Trump signed with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Is this a dangerous deal? Is the Iranian regime being given time to rebuild? Is America going soft on the world’s leading state sponsor of terror?
For Israelis, the concern is obvious. Iran funds, arms, and directs Hezbollah, Hamas, the Houthis, and terror forces across the region. For the Iranian people, the concern is just as real: every agreement that strengthens the regime weakens the chance for their freedom.
