The issue of mail-in ballots is threatening to shake up the U.S. midterms. One-third of American votes may be at risk. According to a whistleblower's report, the U.S. Postal Service is rushing to launch a faulty new digital system, in line with Trump's order for more federal control over mail-in voting ahead of November. According to the anonymous informant, a single scanning error among tens of thousands of ballots could mean none would reach voters. This comes as the Supreme Court lifts one of two injunctions blocking the President's executive order. Derek Muller is a professor of law at the University of Notre Dame and joins the show to discuss the potential impact.
