The combination of TruBend Center 7030 with the SheetMaster for fully automatic loading and the automatic turning station and Starmatik palletizing is the basis for many connected systems with integrated logistics.
The displayed system contains the SheetMaster for automatic loading, turning station, TruBend Center 7030 and a robot for palletization. The SheetMaster can be connected to a storage system for autonomous production. The turning station turns parts that, for example, have coloring or foiling on one side and need to be turned before further processing in the line without additional time expenditure. TruBend Center 7030 machines are about 3-5 times more productive compared with a conventional press brake with or without automation. TruBend Center are highly flexible and can handle i.e. various narrow profiles in line with the patented part manipulator and the extra blank holder tools (ENW) with positive and negative bends. Check out the accuracy achieved even in double thickness radius bending. TruBend Center perfect fit for Smart Factory environments since minimum human intervention is required. They increase productivity in sheet metal processing enormously, especially when it comes to manufacturing in so-called KIT production or single-piece flow.
