Our customers are here for a professional day focused on laser technology, but we've made their day even better with a racing car built by BME Motorsport (Budapest University of Technology and Economics).
This team is leading the way not only on the race track but also in harnessing technological advancements. They use our 2kW green wavelength laser source for copper welding to manufacture their hybrid engine. Additionally, one of our customers, Eclipse Automation Hungary Kft, introduced us to one of their successful projects — integrating an 8kW TruDisk laser source into a large e-mobility production line.
As a surprise at the end of the program, we had the honor of inviting Gábor Várkonyi, an expert in the automotive market, to discuss the future of e-mobility and the automotive industry.
