Our True Tow Weight Distribution Hitch is such a large item with a handful of separate pieces that go into it, which means shipping it is a process in itself. With that being said, a lot of customers don't realize when they order it, that it's not going to be delivered in one giant box. Could you imagine trying to bring a 150 pound box into the garage?! No thank you.
To eliminate that, we've broken it up into 4 separate boxes which makes it a little more manageable. However, because it is shipped in 4 separate boxes, that means it has the potential to be delivered at different times, and unfortunately it does happen. So when you receive 3 out of 4 boxes, please be patient and know it's coming!
