Christine was 23. She ran out of the redwoods in the middle of the night, pounding on a stranger's door, saying a man was chasing her through the trees.
They rushed her to a hospital. She kept repeating that he wouldn't stop until he got her. Her parents begged her to come home to Wisconsin. Days later she walked into a copy shop to send her ID back to her family, walked out, and was never seen again.
And she isn't the only one. Christine is one of five women who vanished from the same stretch of Northern California forest. Most were never found.
