Using the simple SS SSG circuit,we can make a self charging oscillator. The one pictured in the video self cycles from running to charging cycles. It uses the energy from the local radio stations transmission to recharge the cap once the voltage falls below the needed threshold to drive the circuit. Once the voltage reaches a certain value,i believe the quick pulse from the radio station signal is enough to start the circuit oscillating again.
