Some people believe that there are only 2 events that need to happen prior to the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ. This belief stems from a talk given by an Area 70 during a stake conference in Southern California in 2024 where the Elder says the Prophet has said there are only 2 things left. He says one is the gathering of Israel and the other is the 2nd coming. The link to the amateur video is below. Do we really have just one thing left and then Jesus comes?
