After much thought, I’ve decided to return to my first passion: video editing.
Among all the projects I’ve created over the years, the ones I enjoyed making the most were my Best of Web videos, a series that has accumulated over 50 million views. I loved that style of storytelling — creating emotion, inspiring people, and reminding us that there are still beautiful things happening in this world.
After reading thousands of comments over the years, I realized that many of you would love to see videos in the spirit of Best of Web again. The challenge is that I only produced one video per year because of the enormous amount of research and preparation required before editing even begins.
That’s why I’ve decided to launch a new series entirely dedicated to true legends — people who left their mark on the world in any walk of life, whether living or deceased. These videos will be edited in the style of Best of Web, with the personal signature that has always defined my work.
Today, I’m proud to present the prologue to Chapter 1, dedicated to Ken Block.
