My solo trip hiking and camping off the grid in and around Lassen Volcanic National Park in California. This is one of the least-visited national parks in the United States, and I wanted to experience it as a last-minute, off the grid adventure. With so much national forest land nearby, I was able to find a free camping spot and spent almost the entire trip alone, solo hiking, solo truck camping, and having a solo female travel adventure.
