Not sure what he was thinking. These passing lanes are pretty long and he had ample time to pass me. I was doing 5 mph over the speed limit and he decides to wait until the last minute to gun it and pass the car who was passing him and me. Thankfully he backed off as I was hugging the white line in case he decided to keep going.
