Tropical Storm Edouard is expected to strengthen before making landfall near Sabine Pass this afternoon.

For Houston, the biggest concern is HEAVY RAIN + STREET FLOODING.

🌧️ 3–5 inches possible around Houston
🌧️ 6–9 inches possible farther east
⏰ Flooding risk increases this afternoon
🚗 Evening commute and school pickup could be impacted
💨 Gusty winds are also possible

The heaviest rain shifts north tonight, with lingering showers and storms possible Wednesday.
