The National Hurricane Center (NHC) has confirmed Tropical Storm Dolly has formed in the central tropical Atlantic on Thursday morning, . According to the NHC, Dolly was moving west at 24 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph and higher gusts.

The Jamaica Confederation of Trade Unions (JCTU) and the Government are set to sign a new wage agreement for public sector workers today.

The signing is scheduled for 3 p.m. at the Ministry of Finance.
