I walk up on a traffic stop being done by Louisiana state trooper A-86. I established a good 10 ft distance from the traffic stop but apparently this wasn't good enough for this state trooper. Then he begins to tell me it's fine to film but don't approach my traffic stop which is unlawful directives. then proceeds to give this family a citation for no taillights when clearly his license plate lights wasn't working on his patrol car.
