Disclaimer! And I can't stress this enough: I have *NO* grudges against the Finns. Actually, if anyone could get me a beer from Finland, I'd be extremely thankful, no matter how generically industrial it might be.

A sour IPA ... Literally a combination of the best two beers I'd know.
