In May of 2016, my girlfriend and I set out on a cross-country road trip. We spent three weeks driving around the United States, experiencing everything from lip-smacking BBQ in the deep south to the cactus-covered plains of the Southwest to ten-foot-tall snowbanks in the Pacific Northwest. 10,000 miles, 30 states, 10 national parks, and two incredible chimichangas. It was awesome.
