If you're into 3-hoop tech, try this move out! You can use any three sizes of hoops, just make sure the center hoop is the smallest for ease of whirling.
17" polypro 5/8" hoops used in video.
(If you are left-handed and grip better with your left hand, switch the hands so the hoop in your left hand is outside the center hoop relative to your body and the right hoop is closer to you!)
