Converted super 8 film from the late 1970's or early 80s road trip to Colorado with lots of stops to see trains. A visit to Manitou & Pike's Peak RailwayHistoric Cog Engine. A ride on Denver & Rio Grande Western (D&RGW) Locomotive No. 473 along the high line section. There is additional footage of a ski lift in the summer, likely from Purgatory. The footage was enhanced slightly to increase resolution and sharpen the images using AI, but otherwise unaltered.
