I love my Holo Taco toppers, but I have to be honest, I've struggled with the shimmers. So I decided the make a swatch wheel to try them over a number of colours I thought I might like them over so that I will hopefully get to use them more. Today we're starting off with Twilight Shimmer, but I will be going through all of the Holo Taco shimmer toppers over the coming months.
