I did a comparison video between all the most sold RC trail trucks not too long ago, the Traxxas TRX-4, the Vaterra Ascender, the HPI Venture and of course the Axial Racing SCX102. I have gotten quite a few requests of people suggesting I would look at the RedCat Everest Gen7. Either from people being interested in learning more about them, or people who had already purchased one and were very pleased with what they ended up getting.
So today is the day, I am having a look at the RedCat Everest Gen7, Pro edition. It has a lot of extras over the more affordable Sprit version, and I hope I didn't overlook too many differences in this video. I'm well impressed with what RedCat manages to put out for the price tag, as this is definitely one of the most affordable options out there if you want to get into scale off-roading. The Gen7 Pro comes as an extremely complete Ready-To-Run, and feels like it is well built.
