It all began back in May of 2022. LDO sent me a beta Trident kit to build with the intent of giving it away at the Midwest RepRap Festival in Goshen, Indiana. I built the printer, boxed it up in a nice travel case and dropped it off at UPS. Only part of the box made it. UPS delivered the label. Seriously. The rest of the travel case was nowhere to be found. Fast forward a couple of months and we did manage to locate it and get it back. The case had obviously taken a tumble and the printer was not in good shape. It's taken way longer than I wanted, but with the release of the Trident R2 updates this is a great time to resurrect Tribent!
