We want to give Tribal Communities universal access to affordable broadband and internet services, so we developed the Tribal Priority Window. This tool allows recognized tribes, Alaskan Native Villages and Hawaiian Homelands, to apply for an Educational Broadband Service, or EBS, 2.5 Gigahertz Spectrum License to put them in the digital network.
