I mention early on the R rating is a little over 1, the manufacturers have emailed me with this message: "We are still waiting for the testing result of the actual R-Value, however, based on the previous experience, the estimated R-Value of the UL140 sleeping mat would be between 4.5 to 5"
I will update the above here once they come back to me with regards to their testing.
I will update here my personal views once I have tried it out properly.
it took approx 4-5 mins to inflate with the built in pump. you could inflate with your mouth or an electronic pump.
