In this video I explain how tree get their autumn colour and describe three of my favourites, one with red autumn leaves, one golden and one almost black.
These trees are the sweet gum, liquidambar, Persian ironwood, parrotia, and full moon maple, Acer japonicum 'Aconitifolius'.
